Alice Rectangular Perforated Pizza Peel 33cm

For over 30 years Gi-Metal has been maunfacturing professional pizza peels for the hospitality industry, this is part of the Alice range of pizza peels, it's made from neutral anodised aluminium with a black anodised handle.  The hed handle joint consists in the insertion of the head extension into the handle block internally by two cones with an expansion joint.  The large rectangular head 33x33cm provides the perfect housing for the pizza with a very large curve radius, especially at the bottom.  The perforation is at the front of the peel's head allowing the removal of any excess flour stuck under the pizza during the dusting stage.  We ship all our pizza equipment throughout Ireland.
