Amica Baking Steel

The Amica baking steel is perfect for baking pizza and bread at home with results as perfect as a professional pizza oven! The dimensions of the baking plate are 40x35cm and 4mm thick it is perfect to use in common household ovens.  The material with which it is made, certified stainless steel, if has a far thermal conductivity coefficient higher than a common refractory pizza stone.  It absorbs, stores and transfers heat ensuring uniform and optimal cooking.  The steel plate is ideal for cooking pizza, breads and other foods such as meat, fish, vegetables etc, the plate has two integrated holes which put a secure grip.
