Arcos 2900 Bread Knife

This bread knife has a white handle for use in a bakery environment, the serrated edge effortlessly cuts through the crust of bread.  Made from high performance Nitrum® stainless steel the blade is 8" in length and has a rounded tip.  The handle in the 2900 series is a revolutionary ergonomic design, composed of injected polypropylene with good shock stability is non-slip and can with stand high temperatures.  The union between the handle and the blade is permanent thanks to the injection process.
