Arcos Butchers Slicing Knife

Made in Spain by Arcos, this is a butchers knife used for slicing steak or other meat prior to cooking, perfect for slicing steaks off a larger cut of meat.  The machete shape gives the knife a large blade it is smooth to use and has a very strong edge.  The blade is made from high performance NITRUM® Stainless steel the blade measures 10" and has a ergonomic polypropylene black handle which is comfortable to grip and use.
