Arcos Colour Prof Salmon Knife

The Colour Prof range of knives all come with six coloured clips so you can choose to attach to the handle any colour you wish.  This Salmon slicer has a long and flexible blade 12" made exclusively from Nitrum® stainless steel.  The knife is used specifically to cut and serve very thin slices of salmon, it can also be used for cutting or dividing cake bases.  The polypropylene handle is covered with a particularly comfortable rubber to use, totally ergonomic and is non-slip.
