Black Iron Round Base Wok

Made from black iron with a wooden handle this traditional round based wok makes tossing your stir fry or whatever you are cooking a lot easier.  Suitable for both the commercial or domestic kitchen, our black iron woks are exceptional conductors of heat, they absorb heat slowly and evenly and have excellent retention properties making them ideal for fast cooking.  The riveted wooden handle will ensure your hand wont burn while using.  We have two sizes to choose from in the round base  Medium 30cm 12" and the large 33cm 13"
