Matfer Bourgeat Perforated Baking Sheet

Made in France by Matfer Bourgeat and with over 200years of experience suppling the catering industry, this baking sheet is extremely durable and perfect for use in commercial kitchens or professional bakery's.  It is part of their blue steel range and is perforated to allow the air to circulate while baking.  The dimensions are 600x400 and the sheet is 1.5mm thick, with a sloped edge to easily slide product off when finished.
