Hendi Knife Sharpener

This simple to use manual knife sharpener has a finger protection and is made from reversible double sharpening blades made of carbide.  To use simply place the knife on a flat surface with the blade facing up.  Hold the knife handle with one hand and take the sharpener in the other hand swipe the sharpener along the blade towards the tip of the knife with a  slight force and repeat a few times.
