This professional charcoal oven from Pujadas is the latest addition to our commercial cooking equipment range.  Charcoal cooking is a thousand year old tradition now its available to in the commercial kitchen, the flavour from charcoal cooking is unique the juices from the food itself permeates the hot coals, giving that aromatic flavour back that envelop the food in smoke.  This closed grill makes it possible to cook food in an enclosed space by regulating the flow of air entering the oven regulating the cooking temperature.  Each charcoal oven comes with one s/s grill, one tongs, one ash shovel, one charcoal poker and one cleaning brush.  We ship all our commercial catering ovens throughout Ireland but the Pujadas Charcoal Oven are shipped direct from Spain.
