Peugeot Appolia are a fantastic range of ceramic baking dishes, this rectangular dish measures 32cm but its high rim increases its capacity for cooking tender, copious gratins and melt in the mouth lasagne portions.  Made in France according to traditional methods and practices, Peugeot ceramics complies to the most stringent food contact and environmental standards.  Ceramic boasts excellent thermal inertia and is capable for keeping dishes hot for up to 30 minutes after being removed from the oven.  The Appolia range of ceramics are resistant to impact and thermal shocks, are scratch proof and both dishwasher and freezer safe.
