Made in Italy by Sambonet Parderno, this catering quality reversible griddle is very durable and will withstand high volume of usage.  Measuring 26x45cm it is a large unit with a ribbed finish on one side and flat on the other with two handles either end for carrying.  Made from enamelled cast iron it should be seasoned before use and only cleaned with warm water no abrasive cleaners
