Ergos Non-Stick Frying Pan 28cm

Made in Spain by Pujadas, the Ergos range of professional stainless steel frying pans have a three layer PFOA free non-stick coating with the highest resistance and durability, highly recommended for intensive use.  Wash the frying pan in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.  To ensure that it keeps all its properties, never overheat the non-stick frying pan or leave it empty on a heat source, never use metal or sharp edged utensils on the non-stick surface.  Not suitable for Induction but all other heat sources.  The Ergos range are characterized by their tubular heat insulating handles.  The diameter of this frying pan is 28cm.
