Alice Solid Pizza Peel 33cm

Made in Italy by Gi-Metal and part of the Alice range of Pizza Equipment, a classic line, which harks back to the most traditional concept of a pizza peel. The head in 20/10 mm neutral anodized aluminum, handle 35/18 mm (thickness 1.4 mm) black anodized. The head-handle joint is made by inserting the head extension into the handle, blocked internally by two cones with expander. The thickness of 20/10 mm provides rigidity and guarantees a firm head , capable of supporting the heaviest pizzas. The rectangular head has the ideal housing for pizza with a very large radius of curvature, overhanging the bottom. The milling is frontal. The 35x18 mm handle is solid with an aluminium thickness of 1.4 mm.  All our professional pizza peels are shipped nationwide free of charge.
