Made in Italy and part of our range of Pizza equipment from Gi-Metal the specialists in Pizza equipment and utensils for over 30 years.  This special professional pizza cutter knife is designed to make pizza cutting easier, especially for pizza made in a pizza pan, or in a pizza box.  The stainless steel tempered blade is 14cm and can be re-sharpened here in Gilmartin's.  The comfortable ergonomic handle has a unique shape and will cut easily through the pizza.
