Made by Polyscience these smoking chips are suitable to use with the Polyscience smoking gun,  They give your food a delicious smoky flavour and are available in two flavours Applewood for an intense fruity flavour and Hickory which gives a bacon-like BBQ flavour.  To use simply place some chips in the removable chamber on the smoking gun and light. You will be amazed at the results and so simple to use.
