Dick 1905 Chef's Knife 8.5"

In the year 1905, there were significant changes and technological advancements taking place. It was during this time that the knife manufacturer Friedr. Dick from Swabia examined the knife designs that were commonly used at that time. Previously, knife handles were attached to the forged blade with three rivets, resulting in many knife manufacturers producing similar knives. To stand out, Friedr. Dick designed a unique series of knives that were different from any previous designs. This particular cook knife has a length of 8.5" and is a suitable size for use in any commercial kitchen.
