F. Dick 1905 Chef's Knife 10"

The Dick 1905 range is a blend of traditional and modernism with the new version of the historic design.  Friedr. Dick developed a chefs knife series with solid bolsters in 1905, replacing the traditional riveted handle that had been used in the past.  The blade is made of special XCrMoVMn German stainless steel. This chef knife is available on request in 2 other sizes 6 and 8.5" but we would have to order in specially for you, please enquire when ordering.
