Azzurra Line Round Pizza Peel 33cm

Made in Italy by Gi-Metal, and part our the Azzurra line with their distinctive lightweight blue handles, this pizza peel has an anodised head, it is lightweight compared to other classic models in our pizza equipment range, but it's very extremely sturdy.  The light flexible head allows the scraper effect with appropriate ribbing  that ensures resistance, the neutral anodising makes the surface even and protects it against oxidation.
