Double Sided Pizza Oven Brush

Made in Italy, this is a very versatile pizza oven brush, it is double sided one side has stiff brass bristles and the other side stainless steel bristles, it has a sliding intermediate handle to make it easier when in use.  The stainless steel bristles allow you to remove obstinate dirt while the brass bristles are perfect for brushing away an remaining residue dirt on the grill, there is also a blade on the edge for scraping any really stubborn burnt on residue.  The handle has a hanging loop for easy storage.
