Gi-Metal Adjustable Oven Brush & Scraper

Made in Italy by the pizza specialist's Gi-Metal, this professional oven brush with strong brass bristles and a stainless steel scraper are part of the Azzurra range of pizza equipment.  The anodized aluminium handle measures 120cm in length and has a convenient hook for hanging the brush when not in use.  The brass bristles allow a quick and more efficient cleaning of the pizza oven of flour, food residue and ash.  The brush head can be adjusted to reach all area's of the pizza oven and the stainless steel scraper allows you to remove any stubborn residue.
