Manufactured through a sophisticated 'all-over technology', which allows the interior of the base to be completely filled with a thick layer of aluminium, leaving no empty cavities and allowing for a faster and more uniform diffusion of heat right up to the edges of the pan. All-over technology prolongs the useful life of the product, preventing food residues, water or detergents, which would eventually cause damage, from accumulating within the diffuser base.
