Global Chopping Knife 18cm G-5

This is another popular knife from range of Global knives, The G-5 vegetable chopper is a long rectangular shape measuring 18cm, inspired by traditional Japanese Usaba knives, and very popular with professional chefs in Tokyo and around the world.  The idea behind the shape of the blade is that it encourages a straight up down chopping motion where the full blade length will come in contact with the chopping board and so go straight through the whole vegetable, with no need to pull the knife through the chopping motion.
