Global Paring Knife

The first Global knives were designed in 1985 by Komin Yamada. Global Knives are defined by razor-sharp blades, smooth contours, a seamless design and their distinctive dots. Using the traditional Samurai sword craftsmanship, each Global knife is painstakingly handmade to guarantee perfection.  The GSF-22 utility knife is part of the ‘GSF’ series of Global Knives. The GSF series is a classic collection of smaller knives with solid handles that are perfect for peeling and chopping. The dots on the handles are not only a designer’s touch; they ensure a non-slip grip, offering safety when cooking.
