A high density colour coded chopping board, they are available in 6 colours, Red for Raw Meat, White for Dairy, Blue for Raw Fish, Yellow Cooked Meats, Green for Salad's and Fruits and Brown for Vegetables, they will help eliminate cross contamination in your kitchen, can be bought individually or as part of a set including a washable wall chart with all your colour codes listed and a stainless steel or a plastic rack for storage.  The High density chopping boards are available in 3 sizes and thickness.
