Knife Sharpening

We now offer a knife sharpening service so you can in 3 stages bring a sharp edge to your knife.  The old blade is ground down using a Freidr. DICK SM111 machine, the water cooled grinding wheels grind down the old blade until a burr is formed, this is aided by the preset magnetic holder that ensures the restoration of the original cutting angle.  The removal of the burr by the honing wheel brings a newly sharpened edge to the blade.  Finally, the new blade is polished on the buffing wheel restoring its appearance.
