Steel Classic Lyonnaise Fry Pan

Made in Spain by Pujadas and part of our selection of Frying Pans the Lyonnaise steel frying pan is 1.5mm thick it is made from carbon steel with excellent thermal and natural non-stick properties after several uses, the more you use it the better these non-stick properties become.  It is suitable for use on all cooking surfaces including induction and even flash oven baking.  We stock two sizes 24cm and 28cm we can order all sizes on request, to clean simply rub with a lightly oiled cloth.
