Made in France by Matfer Bourgeat ensuring durability and ensuring you are purchasing a high quality kitchen utensil suitable for use in any professional kitchen.  These whisks have an easy to grip exoglass handle specifically developed by Matfer, it's non-porous, waterproof, easy to sterilize and heat resistant.  The stainless steel wires are designed with "Shape Memory" to prevent warping and are welded into a steel core.  We have four sizes to choose from.
