Pujadas Circular Fat Skimmer

Made in Spain by Pujadas, this is a very robust and heavy duty fat skimmer that will withstand the day to day usage in the busiest of commercial kitchens.  The fine 30 mesh covers the 20cm round head and is reinforced underneath by two stainless steel bars that run up to form the strong handle.  The handle itself measures 48cm so will keep the  user's hands away from any hot water or oil while using, it can also be hung for easy storage.
