This multi function saladette is a very popular preparation work station for any busy commercial kitchen.  The insulated lid can close between work sessions.  It holds up to 12 1/6GN containers on the top section, alternatively can take 6 1/3GN or 3 1/3GN Gastronorm pans.  The top section has blown air that keeps products chilled even with the upper lid open.  We ship all our commercial refrigerators throughout Ireland free of charge.
