SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next working day. If we are experiencing high volume of orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery, we will contact you with any significant delay in your shipment via email or phone. Orders can also be collected at our 16000 sq ft Showroom/Warehouse.

RATES

Standard shipping rates for small orders delivered by courier.

Free shipping available on all orders over €75 (EX VAT)

Overnight delivery is only available for orders placed before 1pm on our website, and delivered within the Republic of Ireland. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery to Northern Ireland and the UK. Gilmartins only ship to addresses within the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and mainland UK at the moment, we do not ship to any PO Box.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped and a tracking number, for you to track your order. Gilmartins is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping as per our terms and conditions, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours to report the damages/discrepancies at 094 9381210 or sales@gilmartins.ie

RETURNS

As per EU law the customer has the right to cancel their order without a reason within 14 working days of receiving the goods. The customer may be entitled to a refund or exchange and should contact the offices of Gilmartins direct 094 9381210 to arrange the return of the goods. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse, and all goods returned must be in their original packaging.

Goods that are damaged due to delivery must be reported straight away within 24 hours of delivery and marked on the delivery docket as damaged upon receipt of delivery. If an item is defective please contact us immediately to arrange return, refund or exchange no later than 7 days from receipt of goods. Damaged or defective goods will be returned at no cost to the client.

OWN FLEET DELIVERY

At Gilmartins we have a weekly delivery to all areas of Connaught by our own fleet of delivery vans. We have a next day delivery to all areas of Ireland via our network of reliable couriers. Our delivery team, are also trained in sales and service and are always ready to help you with any queries/questions you may have.

If you require us to service/repair your hand dryer, food processor, fly killer, air freshener, please call us in advance to arrange an appropriate time. If you want a toilet roll system, hand towel dispenser, air freshener, dishwasher pump, ashtray installed, please arrange in advance.
